Lindsay Bartholomew
My name is Lindsay, I am a late 20's something single mom to one little Princess. Keeping Emma healthy, regulated and happy are my number one goal. Our days are full of school, OT, PT, Swimming Lessons and socialization. Somehow I manage to find time to run a photography business and work part time at a drug rehab for moms.
Right now we are both taking everyday a day at a time. It's a crazy life but I wouldn't change it.
**My blog has been set to private due to some hateful comments I started receiving from my ex-husband and his fiance. Send an email to lindsaybartholomew26@gmail.com if you want to check it out! We would love to have ya! :)

Ember
A SAHM of two special needs boys. DW (6yrs old) has Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, SPD, generalized anxiety disorder, etc. JD (3yrs old) has auditory processing problems, mild speech delay, motor delays and SPD too. Both have food protein intolerances, as well as food allergies and sensitivities. Neither of the boys' SPD is similar, so I am back to the drawing board and starting out as a SPD newbie again! So, life is never boring in this house!

I'm a SAH mom of a major sensory seeker! Our daughter was diagnosed with SPD at the age of 3 (along with some other special needs) and she is now closing in on 8. Never a dull moment around here!

Mägi
Hoi!
I'm Mägi. I'm 20 now and have only been diagnosed with SPD for around a year. And an amazing year it's been!
I am currently on a path of discovery, more than anything else. I keep having realizations of events that happened when I was younger that would have been linked to SPD.
Quite honestly, I was the child from hell. I was the Princess of Tantrums.
I'm here to communicate with the moms who have kids who might have been like I was. I can be the articulate voice, sometimes, for what's going on.
It's a bit of an emotional process for me as I go through my childhood, looking for answers and explanations, but it's helping me better understand who I am and how I can be a better person.

Jaimee is a busy stay-at-home mom to three young boys (ages 6 1/2, 5, and 2 1/2). She writes a blog about her oldest son's journey with SPD, which is shared with anxiety disorder, OCD tendencies, symptoms of ADHD, and an almost-diagnosis of Aspergers. Her blog touches on evaluations, therapies, and medication, as well as day-to-day challenges and successes. Besides being a home and family manager and blog writer, Jaimee has a degree in Art History and feeds her love of all things creative by being an active craft artist. She is working toward launching an on-line shop of handmade items, with the dream of designing a line of sensory-friendly dress-up costumes for kids.
