MelodyI am a mom to three spirited kiddos, the oldest a sensory seeker, the middle a sensory avoider, and the youngest trying to hang on for dear life. :) Motherhood is my career now, and I'm attempting to knit together the fibers of our lives and those who have already been there, on my blog at Life's Twisted Stitches (dot) com.

livslove4907I'm a mom of an amazing 5 year old little girl named Olivia. Her father and I believe she has SPD and while we are waiting for her evaluation we want to learn as much as possible about it. She is our world and we love her with all our hearts.

handressHeidi lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband, toddler son Joshua and an old cranky Siberian Husky. She lucked into finding the world's best pediatrician and occupational therapist not five minutes from her house. And while she loves being a stay-at-home mom more than she thought she would, she's looking forward to the day she gets back to the working world.

msheartmomMom to four year old Caylen who was born with heterotaxy, including multiple congenital heart defects, multiple spleens, malrotated intestines, compromised immune system, and primary cilliary dyskenesis. She was diagnosed with SPD in May 2011 after a battle to get it diagnosed. I knew she had it, but had to convince others of it. SO happy to know what we are dealing with now.
